How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to get your return or exchange rolling:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship it back to our warehouse at:

  5. Track your package – We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Here’s how exchanges work:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead
  • Price differences will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Bearings (once installed)
  • Griptape (once applied or cut)
  • Underwear (if any is sold)
  • Personalized or custom items

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged or not as described? We’ll make it right!

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue
  • We’ll typically send a replacement at no cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item

International Returns

For customers outside Germany:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in EUR and converted by your payment provider
